Darling Point Apartment

Darling Point Apartment

Grand living spaces are the hallmark of this 1920’s Spanish Mission building with glimpses of Sydney Harbour. Chalky white rendered walls and neutral furnishings complement the client’s collection of contemporary Australian art. Selected objects are layered to evoke memories of travel and time spent abroad.

"Arent&Pyke believe that art should be felt passionately, books and magazines should be pored over, and sofas should be sprawled on. So it’s no surprise that while they’ve assembled some of the world’s most covetable furniture in the apartment, every item is truly used and defiantly lived in. Pieces by prominent designers Jean Prouvé, Carlo Colombo, Josef Albers and Isamu Noguchi have been artfully curated within the all-white space."
