Be The Change

Leading by example, we are delighted to announce our Paid Parental Leave Policy.

Juliette and Sarah-Jane are exceptionally proud to launch this personal and industry achievement.

As business owners, they have always believed in creating a work environment that supports them, and equally, their team. In line with A&P’s values of Well-being, Community and Making a Difference, we launched our Paid Parental Leave Policy on 1 January 2023.

It’s important to stress that our Paid Parental Leave Policy does not solely offer paid maternity leave but paid parental leave for all parents. We are also offering flexible return-to-work arrangements to further support the needs of our team.

‘Both Sarah-Jane and I juggled early motherhood and work commitments, and we know how hard it is. When we launched A&P, we mapped out our core values and dreams, and were adamant that no team member of ours should face parenthood without our empathy, compassion, and financial aid. We’re beyond thrilled to be in a position to now offer it,’ says Juliette.

‘We recognise the importance of balancing work and life outside the studio – with or without children. Our team is integral to our success and staff retention is vital to our business.

Enabling our team to take time away from the workplace to have and raise children, knowing that they’ll be welcomed back, is imperative to us,’ adds Sarah-Jane.

Our hope is that others in the industry will follow our lead. We are happy to share with those who want to implement positive advancements for their team the core policies we have established.

Let’s be the change!
