Mac Beach House

The quintessential Australian beach house. Mac Beach House rejects American or youth clichés in favour of a grown-up Australian beach aesthetic that, while relaxed and comfortable, has an undercurrent of sophistication that allows a cherished environment a new and appropriate engagement with the owners’ lifestyle. As such, a material and tonal palette of natural timber, stone and sisal, augmented by shades of deep sea green was used to create a layered and rich understory.
